Tilda is a licensed Five-Element Acupuncturist (Lic.Ac) with a background that blends ancient wisdom with modern insight. Trained under Gerad Kite and the faculty at Yellow Path, she now practices across studios in East and North London, where she works with patients to explore the emotional, physical, and energetic roots of wellbeing.

Tilda’s work as an acupuncturist is informed by her ongoing engagement with cultural strategy, futures research, and psychosynthesis counselling — disciplines that deepen her integrative, systems-based approach to health and healing. She is passionate about helping people reconnect with the deep intelligence of their bodies, and bringing awareness to acupuncture as not just a bandaid but a tool for transformation, regulation and reconnection.
