  • Contract: to process applications, enrol students, deliver training, administer assessments and progression, and provide course materials.

  • Legitimate interests: to operate and improve the Programme, maintain safeguarding standards, manage conduct, protect cohort wellbeing, respond to complaints, secure our systems, and prevent misuse.

  • Consent: for marketing communications and certain cookies/analytics. You may withdraw consent at any time.

  • Vital interests: in an emergency or where necessary to protect someone’s life.

Where we process special category data, we do so only where permitted under UK GDPR, such as where necessary for safeguarding, to support accessibility needs, or with explicit consent where appropriate.
