The Yellow Path Advanced Licentiate in Five-Element Acupuncture
The Yellow Path Advanced Licentiate in Five-Element Acupuncture is a one-year programme (30 contact days) open to all licensed (Lic.Ac) practitioners practising exclusively in Five-Element acupuncture.
Next start date: September 2026.
This programme offers an intensive year of advanced training designed to consolidate and deepen clinical understanding through theory review, case-based learning and supervised in-class practice. The focus is on strengthening diagnostic accuracy, treatment planning and practitioner confidence, while supporting the natural evolution of clinical maturity in practice.
Structure and Format
10 x three-day in-person sessions (30 days total)
Attendance requirement: minimum 80% attendance
All classes take place in-person at Yellow Path, London. Each three-day session combines:

supervision and discussion of real clinical cases

clinical skills development

opportunities to bring patients into class (filmed for training purposes only)
Homework
You will be required to watch Yellow Path filmed content (drip-fed onto your dashboard) in advance of each three-day session. Your understanding will be tested on the morning of Day 1 of each session.
Patients in class
You will have opportunities to bring your patients to class to support learning through real case work, including diagnosis and treatment planning. All patient interactions are filmed and used for training purposes only.
Assessment Requirements
The Advanced Licentiate includes point location testing in line with the standard outlined in the programme materials.

Training Fees
The total cost of the training is £2,990.00.
To secure your place, you are required to pay a 10% non-refundable deposit.
The remaining balance is paid as 10 monthly payments from the September start date.
A direct debit request will be sent to you closer to the time.
