All content on this Website and within our training programmes (including text, videos, streamed course content, course manuals, films, images, logos, and brand assets) is owned by Yellow Path LLP and/or its licensors.

You are granted a limited licence to access and use this material for personal educational purposes only.

You must not, without written permission:

• copy, reproduce, distribute, republish or transmit Website or course content;

• sell, sub-license or commercialise any material;

• publicly perform or show any material;

• use Yellow Path materials for advertising, marketing, or teaching.

• Students have access to streamed training materials throughout their training period, subject to enrolment status.

Films purchased from the Film Shop are accessible for 90 days from the date of purchase.

Certain parts of the Website are restricted to students or members. Yellow Path may restrict access at any time at its sole discretion.

If you hold login details (user ID and password), you must:

• keep them confidential; and

• take responsibility for activity on your account.

“Your Content” includes any audio, video, text, images, or other materials you post or upload to Yellow Path platforms.

You confirm:

• the content is yours and lawful;

• it does not violate third-party rights; and

• it does not breach professional standards or confidentiality.

Yellow Path may remove Your Content at any time without notice.

Full training terms apply to enrolled students and form part of the Student Training Agreement.

Students will receive a full Student Training Agreement to sign during the enrolment process.
