Christian is a Five Element Acupuncturist originally from the South Wales valleys, now based in London.

Before retraining, he worked in production and advertising, directing and producing music videos and commercials while living across Liverpool, Marrakech, Berlin, and Tanzania. Although creatively fulfilling, the pace and pressure of this work led to burnout, alongside experiences of depression and OCD.

Encountering Five Element Acupuncture marked a turning point. The medicine supported a deeper reconnection with the body and the relationship between mind, body, and spirit, leading Christian to retrain in this system of healing.

Today, he brings both clinical training and lived experience to his practice, offering calm, emotionally attuned treatments for those navigating stress, transition, or imbalance. He is also a volunteer acupuncturist at St John’s Hospice.
