About

Henny

Henny first came to acupuncture after the loss of her brother. While more conventional methods of talking therapy offered some relief, Five-Elements Acupuncture provided a holistic shift; 'with every session I could feel myself gradually getting better, not just mentally but also physically - my body started working more efficiently, and things started to fall back into place'.

This new knowledge returned Henny to earlier life experiences. Henny's childhood was spent on a biodynamic farm in Somerset where she was raised by a Herbalist mother. This upbringing gave her the connection to nature which she draws into her practice.

Henny recognises that living in London can be difficult and alienating at times, her acupuncture practice acknowledges this and provides a way for her patients to find their feet and regain control, both in mind, body and spirit.

'I'm so excited to be part of the Yellow Path community and further my learning of this ancient system of medicine'.
